Terms & Conditions

All orders, sales contracts, and shipments are accepted and executed by Dolan’s of Concord/Pinole Inc. A complete copy of our “Terms of Sale” can be obtained at any of our Dolan’s locations.

We ask that all orders are inspected upon receipt and if any errors, shortages, or irregularities exist, please report on the delivery invoice and email or fax to your Dolan’s Sales Representative, or bring the delivery invoice to the closest Dolan’s location.

Customers are responsible for adequate access to the delivery location and assume damage liability to property or equipment when trucks are required to leave public highways or streets. Special order items including window units, pre-hung doors, and trusses are not returnable for credit. Any necessary adjustments for defective material will be made on the exchange basis of the material.

For store accounts, bills are due and payable in full on the 10th of the month after purchase.
